I believe that we have a choice about how we respond and how we turn up in the world, no matter what circumstance we find ourselves in. I am devoted to supporting people to do just that whilst bringing the best of themselves forth. My work as a coach and facilitator is focused on supporting my clients to build a strong foundation of awareness and the skills to navigate their challenges and build higher levels of trust, and their capacity for building healthier and more resilient relationships with themselves and others in the face of uncertainty and disruptive change. Committed to fostering thought provoking and creative partnerships I encourage my clients to use the challenges they face as catalysts for growth, and the opportunity to learn, bring more of themselves, their gifts, their potential and humanity forward to expand what’s possible. I have over 25 years’ experience working with human and organisational dynamics as a successful coach, consultant and senior manager. I use the learning and insights gleaned from these years of navigating the messiness and complexity of personal and professional life to support my clients to maximise their personal and professional potential in whatever circumstances they may find themselves in. My work is also fueled by a deep love of the human spirit and the innate potential I believe resides within each of us. For as long as I can remember I have been fascinated by human behaviour and how some people thrive and excel in spite of the challenges they face whilst others are seemingly reduced by circumstance, shrinking and retreating in response. What is it that makes this difference? And how do we tap into the best of these capacities and the fullness of our human potential? And how do we create the conditions for activating these capacities with others? Clients have described my coaching and facilitation as: a very empowering experience, rich, powerful and inclusive; thoughtful, a rare and a beautiful offering, truly transformative; a powerful and inclusive process that left me feeling more deeply alive after each session. I live in Brisbane, Australia with my husband Nicholas and our adorable but very naughty cat Stefan. My Symbol - The Lotus
The "Lotus" represents the intention that is instilled in the services I offer, and it is a powerful and ancient image symbolising harmony, illumination and unlimited potential.
Borne in the murkiest of ponds, the lotus still emerges pure. The lotus is a reminder that "this, too, shall pass". The lotus flower is regarded in many different cultures as a symbol of purity, enlightenment, self-regeneration and rebirth. The lotus reminds us that our challenges are fertiliser for awakening our brilliance, creativity, and potential if we choose to work with them. Vertical Divider

My Noble GoalTo foster “a return to love”, as the spirit of what propels me forward. Put simply, every choice we make comes down to choosing a response that is based on either love or fear. In a world driven by fear and where fear seems to grow unchecked, it is the commitment to choose love, to stand for love and support others to come home to this place within themselves. I believe that love provides the healing balm needed on every wound.
This noble goal is inspired by Marianne Williamson’s book “A Return to Love”. When we choose love we, and others, experience it as kindness, giving, mercy, compassion, peace, joy, acceptance, non-judgement, joining and intimacy. And when we choose fear, its experienced as anger, abuse, pain, greed, addiction, selfishness, obsession, corruption, violence, and war. In the face of fear, we all contract and shrink and we become less than what we are capable of being. Whilst love may not conquer all things it does set all things right and as such love is a necessary element in the healing of our world. I believe in the end, that to experience love, in ourselves and in others, is the meaning of life. Vertical Divider

Awakening Brilliance, Creativity and Potential
I amI am Antipodean, born in an ancient land of sun, eucalypts, and didgeridoos.
I come from a long line of strong, kind and feisty women. I am many things - a coach, a consultant, an author, an artist, a friend, a wife, a sister, a daughter, an aunt, a neighbour, a colleague, a Lilith Ambassador. And I am both a lover and a warrior. I love the earth, her creatures, and her habitats. And I am in love with the human spirit and the potential that resides within each of us as human beings. I am brave, creative, curious, kind, gentle, loving and courageous. I am also bruised and battered. I have endured loss so great that I've wondered whether I would be able to find my way back from it. It is from the depths of these dark places that my warrior spirit calls me most strongly.
