Note from Maureen
In the last 20 years or so, I have worked as a consultant, change agent and senior manager in the areas of: human resources, organisational development, change management and organisational improvement. This has meant that mostly I have worked in, or with, large organisations supporting change and transformation. This focus has meant that, over time, I have facilitated many different development programs and coached dozens of individuals: to develop their leadership capacity, to navigate through periods of change and transition, to manage conflict, to hone their relationship skills and help them to manage difficult relationships.
My work and passion, is fuelled by my belief in the human spirit, and our potential to be innovative, creative, wise, resourceful and compassionate. And my desire to support and foster this potential in the world.
I believe that for each of us to tap into these capacities and embrace our potential requires us to embrace our humanness, our need for connection and our innate drive towards wholeness. To embrace all of these dimensions requires us to focus on both the outer and the inner aspects of what it is to be human, and this in turn is an absolute prerequisite for us to live lives that are full, satisfying and rewarding.
