My qualifications include: a Master’s Degree in Organisational Development & Training; a Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Human Resource Development and Human Relations & Communications; a Graduate Certificate in Neuro-Linguistic Programming; International Coaching Federations Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential; and a nationally accredited mediator (NMAS).
I have been trained in brain-based coaching through the Neuroleadership Group; and a Certified in Conversational Intelligence®; trained in conflict management coaching through CINERGY, and in mediation through Bond University. I have also been accredited in a range of diagnostic tools including: Myers-Briggs Type Indicator; Team Management System profiles; Six Seconds Emotional Intelligence and Vital Signs Assessments.
These qualifications are, of course, only the starting point. Being committed to the greatest service possible to my clients, each year I find myself seeking out more learning and attempting to deepen my professional and personal practice. In recent years some of this additional development has included:
~ Social and Emotional Learning – Awakening the Heart
~ Emotional Intelligence Advanced Practitioner Training
~ The Quest – Rediscovering a Sense of Soul
~ Clean Language Facilitator
~ World Business and Executive Coaching Summit
~ Social Artistry Leadership
~ Working with High Conflict
However, real discovery and change requires sustained and committed practice, and so I am committed to practicing and using the skills and approaches I teach others. This practice is further supported and sustained by my ongoing commitment to my yoga and meditation practice. Ultimately I hope to bring a sense of integrity and substance to my work of fostering wholeness and strengthening the human spirit.
"Never before have we had access to so many technologies of transformation or to so much knowledge about the full spectrum of human possibility."
